Like private companies, the Military Police wants to know how the citizen, at the end of the digital incident report, evaluates the service provided, assigning grades to the productivity of the officer and the institution itself.
The corporation’s objective is to combine this digital tool with other resources, such as the officer tracking by GPS of the micro cameras on their uniforms, to improve the efficiency of the troop.
The integration entered a testing phase on Monday (01/08), at the Copacabana Battalion and the Leblon Battalion, both in the South Zone of Rio, and is expected to last for 145 days. After this period, with necessary adjustments, the system will be adopted throughout the state.
According to the PM’s Information Systems director, Thyago Ferreira, through this new system, it will be possible to virtually monitor the fulfillment of operational orders and the productivity of each police officer.
