According to data released by the Health Secretaries National Council (Conass) and the Health Ministry, during the 164th (19 to 25 February) epidemiological week, the number of new Covid-19 confirmed cases in Brazil decreased by 35% when compared to the 163rd (12 to 18 February) week. In terms of deaths of patients with Covid-19, a 138% increase was registered while compared to the 163rd week.
According to information released by the Our World in Data webpage on Saturday (11/02), Brazil has 175.83 million people fully vaccinated or 81.66% of its total population.
