12/09/2025 – On Friday (12/09), civil police arrested a 59-year-old fugitive in Parque Mambucaba. Wanted since 2018 under a preventive detention order, he was accused of committing a qualified homicide in 1994. His capture, part of Operation Arrasto, followed intelligence work that located him on Rua Francisco Guedes da Silva.

13/09/2025 – On Saturday (13/09), a 28-year-old man was shot dead with four gunshots on Rua da Conquista, in Parque Mambucaba. His body was found in the morning by residents, who called the police. Investigators ruled out any connection to drug trafficking, as the victim was not involved in such activities.
16/09/2025 – On Tuesday (16/09), Civil Police captured a 24-year-old fugitive during a soccer game in Porteira, Grande Japuíba; wanted since June for drug trafficking and armed criminal association, he was identified and arrested on the sports court while wearing soccer clothes, and according to investigations, was linked to the “Tropa do México,” a faction tied to the Red Command (CV) that controls drug sales in central Angra, with the arrest carried out under Operation Arrasto targeting criminal leaders and operators in the region.
