20/02/2025 – The Civil Police of Macaé arrested a drug trafficker accused of torturing teenagers in the Lagomar neighborhood on Thursday (20/02). The suspect was under a detention warrant for torture and association with drug trafficking. The victims were allegedly punished by a criminal faction on October 1, 2024, for vandalizing a public school.

26/02/2025 – On Wednesday (26/02), a man threatened to kill his ex-partner using a knife and a firearm. After the victim reported him, the police located and arrested him in the Aeroporto neighborhood under the Maria da Penha Law.
