10/05/2024 – Agents from the Military Police carried out an operation on Friday morning (05/10), resulting in the seizure of weapons, ammunition, and drugs in an abandoned house in Campo d’Oeste, central area of Macaé. According to information, the property was used by a criminal faction in the Bela Vista neighborhood to store and distribute narcotics.

11/05/2024 – The Operation Present Security team in Macaé acted when receiving information about a robbery on Saturday (05/11), in the Imbetiba neighborhood, perpetrated by two individuals aboard a Fox Vermelho vehicle. The agents put in place a strategic siege plan, resulting in the vehicle being approached three minutes after the crime. During the search, three cell phones were found, including one belonging to the victim of the robbery, as well as a bicycle inside the vehicle. The suspects were recognized by the victim.
12/05/2024 – Four men were arrested with drugs on Sunday (05/12), on Jose Alzeman Street, in the Sol e Mar neighborhood, central area of Macaé. According to the Military Police, the agents were carrying out a routine patrol in the CRIAAD square when they came across the four suspects. Still, according to the information, the agents searched the man who had drugs, a cell phone, and R$20 in cash.
14/05/2024 – An individual was captured, on Tuesday (05/14), after stealing chocolate bars from a store located on Avenida Rui Barbosa, in the Center of Macaé. According to recorded information, the police were alerted to the theft in progress at the store. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the suspect being held by the establishment’s security guards.
