01/12/2025 – A man was arrested in the act by the Civil Police on Monday morning (1st), for drug dealing on Avenida Fábio Franco, in the Visconde de Araújo neighborhood. Agents observed the suspect selling and hiding drugs in a container in front of a bar. Upon approach, police seized crack and cocaine packages labeled with the ADA criminal faction. The man confessed to his involvement and was charged with trafficking and criminal association.
06/12/2025 – A minor was apprehended in Macaé, on Saturday (6), for involvement in drug trafficking in the Favela da Linha neighborhood. The adolescent attempted to flee when approached by the Military Police’s intelligence sector. Upon being detained, the police seized 22 capsules of cocaine, 24 packages of marijuana, and 42 packages of hashish, along with cash.

07/12/2025 – The Military Police launched an operation in the Fronteira neighborhood of Macaé on Sunday (7), based on an anonymous tip. The action resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of illegal goods, including 306 bottles of poppers (“lança-perfume”), four cell phones, and a motorcycle with a scratched chassis number. A man was arrested and claimed he intended to sell the inhalant during a sporting event.
10/12/2025 – At least four motorcycle robberies were committed on Avenida Amaral Peixoto, in downtown Macaé, on Wednesday afternoon (10), by a group of four individuals, including a woman armed with a pistol. One of the victims was approached by the woman, who pointed the weapon at his face. Thanks to the swift action of officers from the 123rd Precinct, one of the victims’ cell phones was tracked to a property in Casimiro de Abreu, where a woman was arrested in flagrante delicto, and a stolen motorcycle was found.
11/12/2025 – A man with a long criminal record (20 notations) was detained by the Segurança Presente team in the Center of Macaé, on Thursday (11). The arrest occurred after the man stole a cell phone, which was subsequently recovered and returned to the victim.
13/12/2025 – The Military Police conducted an operation in the Lagomar neighborhood of Macaé on Saturday (13), following an anonymous tip regarding drug trafficking in the area. Officers seized narcotics, including crack rocks, portions of marijuana, hashish, and skunk. Furthermore, the sum of R$ 40.00 in cash was also confiscated.
15/12/2025 – On Monday afternoon (15), civil police arrested a Colombian man in downtown Macaé for extortion related to illegal money lending. The suspect allegedly harassed a victim with intimidating messages and photos, specifically threatening to confront the victim’s daughter at her workplace to force payment. During the arrest in the act on Rua Tenente Rui Lopes, the man admitted to working as a loan shark, and investigators discovered evidence of prior threats and the forced transfer of a property.
19/12/2025 – On Friday (19), Military Police arrested a man for drug trafficking during a patrol in the Aeroporto neighborhood. After a failed escape attempt, the suspect was caught with cocaine, crack, and marijuana portions ready for sale, along with cash and a mobile phone. The individual confessed to the officers that he had been working for an organized crime group for two months.
20/12/2025 – On Saturday (20), police arrested an adult and detained a teenager for drug trafficking in the Botafogo neighborhood. Acting on an anonymous tip, officers caught the pair on Antônio Bechara Filho Street, where they were using a trash can to hide 52 units of marijuana. In addition to the drugs, authorities seized cash and two mobile phones, charging the adult with trafficking, conspiracy, and the corruption of a minor. The adult suspect already had a criminal record for aggravated robbery and making threats.
22/12/2025 – On Monday (22), police arrested a man for drug trafficking in the Bosque Azul neighborhood. Officers monitoring Avenida Nádia Maria—an area controlled by the ADA criminal faction—caught the suspect red-handed selling cocaine to a motorcyclist. A tactical sweep resulted in the seizure of a bag containing various portions of the drug and the suspect’s immediate detention.
29/12/2025 – On Monday (29), the Macaé Civil Police arrested one adult and detained two minors for drug trafficking in the Bela Vista neighborhood. Acting on an anonymous tip regarding a kiosk on Rua Prefeito Lobo Júnior, officers coordinated by Delegates Pedro Emílio and Felippe Gomes caught the trio distributing narcotics. During the approach, agents seized bags of marijuana packaged for sale, featuring markings linked to the ADA criminal faction.
