17/07/2023 – A 19-year-old was arrested for attempted scam after trying to register a false cell phone robbery. According to the police, he went to the police station reporting that he had been robbed near the Macaé bus station and his cell phone had been taken. During investigations, police found that he was lying to try to redeem the insurance value of the device.
19/07/2023 – A 17-year-old teenager was apprehended for drug trafficking on Avenida Fábio Franco, in the Visconde de Araújo neighborhood. Crack stones, a cell phone and money were seized from him.
