27/03/2023 – The Military Police carried out an operation to combat drug trafficking after receiving information about the storage location of weapons and drugs from the criminal group Comando Vermelho, which operates in the region. The teams went to a swamp area near Avenida MPM, in the Lagomar neighborhood, and after searching the area, they found a loaded rifle, in addition to drugs.
28/03/2023 – Civil Police arrested a man for stealing products in a supermarket on Avenida Evaldo Costa, in the Sol & Mar neighborhood. According to information, employees triggered the police reporting what happened and informing about the criminals’ presence. Officers immediately went to the supermarket and made the arrest.
