24/03/2022 – A 20-year-old man was arrested for being responsible for a drug trafficking place in the Bom Retiro neighborhood. A police team found that the man was illegally selling narcotics on uninhabited land in the region. Officers went to the scene and watched from afar the criminal delivering drugs to someone else and arrested him. Crack, marijuana, and money were found with him.
26/03/2022 – A 55-year-old gas station attendant was attacked by criminals with a stun gun during a robbery at a gas station on Avenida Nossa Senhora de Fátima, in the Chico de Paula neighborhood. The criminal shot the victim to steal money from the establishment. Images from the station’s monitoring system captured the moment when the employee was sweeping the floor and the criminal approached him from behind and fired the gun. As soon as he finished the robbery, he ran towards the other side of the avenue and fled.
28/03/2022 – Two men were arrested by Municipal Civil Guard of Santos (GCM) officers accused of selling a stolen bicycle over the internet. The theft victim contacted a GCM team informing that his bike had been stolen and hours later he identified the bike for sale on a website and contacted the seller. Impersonating a customer, the victim combined the business. Already at the scene, the young man warned GCM about the case, which managed to arrest the two men. In addition to the bicycle, several jewels, three cell phones, credit card machines, drugs and money were found.
