The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) unanimously decided last Thursday (29/09) to prohibit the transport of weapons and ammunition by collectors, sport shooters and hunters (CACs) on the eve, on election day and in the 24 hours after the election. According to the proposal approved by the Court, the transport of weapons and ammunition throughout the national territory by CACs is prohibited during the period, under penalty of imprisonment in flagrante delicto, for illegal possession of a weapon, in case of non-compliance.
