26/04/2026 – The Paulista A3 championship final ended in a massive brawl between players from Portuguesa Santista and Marília on Sunday (26), at the Ulrico Mursa stadium in the Jabaquara neighborhood. Violence erupted immediately after the final whistle confirmed Briosa’s 2-0 victory and title. In addition to the on-field fight, part of the stadium’s perimeter fence collapsed during stoppage time as players celebrated the second goal.

28/04/2026 – On Tuesday (28), in the middle of the morning, a shootout occurred in the Rádio Clube neighborhood during a Military Police patrol on Hugo Maia Avenue. A suspicious individual opened fire on the officers as they were exiting their vehicle, leading to an immediate response of three rifle shots from the police. The assailant managed to escape and was not located despite searches in the area. The case was registered as attempted murder.
