The Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Cármen Lúcia, ordered, on Tuesday (27/09), the archiving of requests for investigation of the alleged interference of President Jair Bolsonaro in the Federal Police in the investigation of a corruption case in the Ministry of Education (MEC).
Carmen Lúcia stated that the accusation is already being considered in the corruption case itself. In it, the former Minister of Education Milton Ribeiro and others were arrested for influence peddling and corruption in the liberation of funds from the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE), linked to MEC. Soon after, they were released by a court decision.
