09/06/2023 – A shooting between criminals involved in drug trafficking and military police ended with two people shot at Morro da Glória I. According to the Military Police, officers were on patrol when they were shot at and shot back. The criminals fled to a forested area and, upon being found, started a new confrontation. Two men were hit by the shots. One of them carried a revolver and the other a pistol. Both weapons were seized, in addition to drugs.
09/06/2023 – A shooting between military police (PM) and criminals ended with a rifle seized in the Caputera I neighborhood. According to the Military Police, officers were searching to locate a stolen car when they were shot at by several armed men who were wearing black clothes and a cap. After the shooting ended, the PM searched the area and found the weapon and a charger with 31 ammunition intact. The criminals fled.
10/06/2023 – Two men were arrested with a revolver on Rua Doze de Outubro, in the Campo Belo neighborhood. According to the Military Police, officers were on patrol when they caught one of the boys acting suspiciously. Upon noticing the vehicle approaching, he fled to a location known as Comunidade Pramorar. Police officers began searches to locate him and found him when he was handing the gun over to another man. They tried to flee but were caught by the officers.
16/06/2023 – A man was shot dead and three people were injured at a nightclub in the Parque Mambucaba neighborhood. According to the Military Police, witnesses said that two hooded and armed bandits invaded the establishment. One of the criminals stood at the door and the other shot at the victims. They fled soon after.
