03/03/2024 – A man has been recorded by security cameras spraying the walls of a synagogue in Macuco, East Santos. This is the second synagogue to suffer from acts of vandalism, as the first was in January 2024, in Vila Nova, central area of Santos. Nobody was arrested as the investigations are in progress.

07/03/2024 – A net of 13 security cameras used by gangs were destroyed by the police, in the northwest area of Santos. Indeed, the cameras were monitoring various slums access and controlling the police patrols in these areas. After having investigated, the detectives found the CCTV center in São Vicente and arrested 4 bandits, including the responsible for the monitoring center who is a fugitive since he did not return from a temporary exit benefit.
