10/11/2022 – The Military Police seized more than 200 rifle ammunition after a shooting with criminals involved in drug trafficking in Jardim São Manoel. A 38-year-old man was arrested, while others managed to escape. Teams from the 2nd Battalion of Special Police Actions (Baep) were patrolling the neighborhood when they were shot at when entering one of the alleys in the community. Officers noticed several men engaging in drug dealing. In addition to the ammunition, cocaine, marijuana, crack, money, two radios, a tablet and a notebook with trafficking notes were seized.
12/11/2022 – The Municipal Civil Guard (GCM) of Santos seized a 16-year-old that stole a cell phone in the Gonzaga neighborhood. The criminal was cycling on the bike path and pulled the cell phone from a woman’s hands. He fled towards São Vicente, but GCM agents managed to stop him on the sand strip of the beach at the height of Channel 1.
15/11/2022 – Two men were arrested for drug trafficking by the Santos Municipal Guard (GCM) on the Embaré beach. They were caught by cameras at the City Hall’s Operational Control Center (CCO). The images showed when one of them was hiding objects around the kiosks of Channel 4. With the criminals’ characteristics, GCM officers went to the place, where one of the monitored men was located. The criminal was approached, and, with him, a cell phone and money were found. Subsequently, municipal guards searched the area, where cocaine pins and marijuana tablets were found.
18/11/2022 – Former president of Santos Football Club, civil police officer Orlando Rollo was arrested during an operation against drug trafficking and crimes against the public administration, carried out by the Special Action Group for the Repression of Organized Crime in São Paulo (Gaeco). Three other civil police officers were also arrested.
