06/04/2023 – A 30-year-old suspect was arrested for participating in drug trafficking in the Mar Azul neighborhood, in Aracruz, in the northern region of Espírito Santo. According to the Civil Police, the individual, identified as “Shadow”, had been on the run for two months and is considered highly dangerous.
24/04/2023 – The Civil Police seized about 26 kilos of marijuana, which were hidden in barrels buried in a forested area, in the municipality of Aracruz, in the north of Espírito Santo. The action was carried out in an operation on Wednesday (19).

- In case of robbery: cooperate, do not try to run after the assailant as he or she might not be alone or turn violent.
- Avoid walking alone in poorly lit areas or beaches after nightfall.
- Be cautious at all times, including in areas perceived as safe.
