This Monday (19/12), workers in the country’s aviation sector began a strike for better working conditions and salary readjustment. The strike was approved after workers rejected the proposal made by the Superior Labor Court, which had been accepted by the aviation companies. In a virtual vote that ended this Sunday (18), 70% of the category said no to the proposal of justice, which seeks to mediate the impasse between workers and businessmen in the sector.
The Strike
Pilots and flight attendants will carry a strike that will last two hours a day, for an indefinite period, in the main airports of the country. Aviation workers will stop activities daily between six and eight in the morning, at the aviation terminals of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, Porto Alegre, Brasília, Belo Horizonte and Fortaleza.
