28/05/2024 – A joint operation between the 32nd Military Police Battalion (32nd BPM) and the Secretariat of Urban Mobility of Macaé was carried out on Tuesday (28/05) in the neighborhoods of Novo Cavaleiros, Granja dos Cavaleiros, Glória, Vale Encantado and Centro. The main objective of the operation was to increase police presence and prevent crime, especially street robberies. During the action, the agents approached and inspected several vehicles, with a focus on motorcycles.

28/05/2024 – On Tuesday afternoon (28/05), a team from the 32nd Military Police Battalion (32nd BPM) seized a firearm and ammunition at a residence on Casuarinas Street, in the Aroeira neighborhood. During the operation, a man was arrested. The action was triggered after the garrison received information that an individual would be storing a firearm in his home. Upon arriving at the scene, the police were met by the resident, who confessed to the possession of the weapon — a 9mm caliber pistol with a suppressed number — as well as a pistol magazine and 14 rounds of 9mm caliber ammunition.
29/05/2024 – On Wednesday morning (29/05), agents of the 32nd Military Police Battalion (32nd BPM), during a routine patrol, arrested a suspected drug trafficker in the Fronteira neighborhood. The operation took place on Manuel Marques Monteiro Street when an individual with a suspicious attitude tried to flee when he saw the police vehicle, abandoning a bag containing drugs. The garrison, upon noticing the escape attempt, entered the residence and found the suspect hiding.
29/05/2024 – Agents of the 32nd Military Police Battalion of Macaé (32nd BPM) recovered, on Wednesday (29/05), a motorcycle used by a criminal to commit several robberies in the city. The vehicle was found in the community of Nova Holanda after tracking a stolen cell phone. The motorcycle was identified through security camera footage, which confirmed its use in the robberies. The Military Police also located the criminal’s residence. In the house, they found a simulacrum of a pistol.
