On Tuesday (12/07), oil workers unions approved an indefinite strike warning, in case the federal government presents any proposal for the privatization of Petrobras. In addition, they rejected a company counterproposal for a new employment agreement. The decision was announced after two weeks of consultations with the members of the category, which brings together around 24,000 Petrobras workers across the country. The unions are affiliated to the National Federation of Oil Workers (FNP) and the Single Federation of Oil Workers (FUP).
