26/08/2022 – Two criminals were arrested for drug trafficking in the Aroeira neighborhood. According to the Military Police, officers went to the scene to check a complaint and, when they arrived, they saw three suspects who fled. Two of them were arrested. Cocaine and marijuana were seized from them.
28/08/2022 – A man was shot dead in the Ajuda de Cima neighborhood. The victim was identified as a driver of the Macaé Transport Company. According to the Military Police, officers were carrying out routine patrols when they were informed about the murder on Estrada do Imburo. At the scene, police found the man already dead with gunshots wounds.
30/08/2022 – Two men were arrested on Rua Tenente Celio Street, in the Novo Cavaleiros neighborhood, accused of committing robberies. According to the incident, during a patrol, the Military Police received information from people that two armed men aboard a silver-colored Fiat Palio had robbed a passerby.
31/08/2022 – Two men were arrested for drug trafficking on Avenida Beira Mar, in the Fronteira neighborhood. According to the Military Police, officers carried out a diligence around the place and saw several suspects who fled with the arrival of the vehicles. Two of them were caught and arrested.
