29/09/2026 – On Tuesday (29), Prime Comando da Capital (PCC) local leader Alexsander de Souza Santos, known as “Sagat,” was shot and killed by Military Police during a confrontation at a party in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo. Officers targeted the suspect, who had previously gained notoriety for posing with assault rifles on social media, during an intervention at the event; the scene was secured for forensic examination, and civil police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.

30/09/2026 – On Wednesday (30), Federal Revenue (Receita Federal) agents seized 366 kilograms of cocaine hidden inside a coffee shipment at the Port of Santos, on the coast of São Paulo. The illicit cargo was intercepted during a routine inspection targeting international drug trafficking, where sniffer dogs and scanner technology identified the drugs concealed within bags of coffee bound for export; the seized narcotics were handed over to the Federal Police to proceed with investigations and identify the individuals involved.
